Prime Video has announced the premiere date for the highly anticipated series "Betty La Fea: The Story Continues." The long-awaited sequel to the iconic Colombian telenovela "Yo soy Betty la fea" will premiere exclusively on Prime Video on July 19, 2024.
The original series, which aired from 1999 to 2001, became a global phenomenon, inspiring numerous adaptations and remakes worldwide. The sequel, "Betty La Fea: The Story Continues," picks up years after the events of the original series and follows the beloved characters as they navigate the challenges and triumphs of modern life.
The series stars Ana María Orozco and Jorge Enrique Abello, who reprise their roles as Betty and Armando Mendoza, respectively. The cast also includes Zharick León, Mario Duarte, and other original cast members.
